COMPUTER WORMS | informativeknowledge6748

Computer  Worms are much like viruses in that they are designed to imitiate themselves, but may not have a destructive effect. Unlike virus, however, worms are designed to imitiate and propagate without a carrier and because of this they are normally limited to infection through networks, eating on the bandwidth and producing congestion. A very common element carried by worms installs a trapdoor in the infected computer to allow the worm propagator get an unidentified access.
